Senior Manager of Business Operations

Job Summary

Driving growth initiatives from inception to execution, the full-time Senior Manager of Business Operations will build financial models, lead cross-functional teams, and design growth experiments to enhance the patient experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth initiatives by framing problems, building business cases, and measuring impact
• Build financial models to evaluate opportunities and support strategic recommendations
• Lead cross-functional execution, managing timelines, dependencies, and securing buy-in from various teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, growth, or operations, ideally in healthcare; MBA preferred
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and create testable frameworks without predefined guidelines
• Fluency in financial modeling, including building models from scratch in Excel/Sheets
• Strong SQL or equivalent data skills to independently analyze and interpret data
• Demonstrated track record of independent execution and managing cross-functional plans
