Senior Manager of Card Growth

Job Summary

To drive card acquisition growth, the full-time Senior Manager of Card Growth will manage strategy and execution across affiliate partnerships, paid search, and paid social channels in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Scale the affiliates channel by sourcing, pitching, and launching new partnerships
• Design and run targeted paid search and social programs to enhance card volume
• Collaborate with credit and data science teams to optimize acquisition strategies and performance

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in growth programs for lending products, particularly credit cards
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for evaluating performance metrics
• Understanding of prescreened and non-prescreened acquisition strategies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage end-to-end channel execution
• Effective communication skills for influencing cross-functional teams
