Senior Manager of Communications

Job Summary

To support the Hyatt Inclusive Collection's Growth and Owner Relations initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Communications will develop and execute strategic communication plans, manage executive messaging for industry events, and create owner engagement materials while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies that align with Growth, Development, and Owner Relations priorities
• Lead the creation of press releases and executive messaging for key events and speaking engagements
• Design and maintain owner-facing presentation materials and communications to strengthen relationships with Hyatt Inclusive Collection owners

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic communications
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Demonstrated experience in developing executive messaging and strategic communications materials
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders and teams across multiple regions
• Experience in hospitality, travel, real estate, or a related owner-driven industry is preferred
