To drive Zscaler's real-time narrative during breaking news and build a scalable Partner communications program, the full-time Senior Manager of Communications will operate remotely, focusing on rapid response, communications operations, and analytical frameworks to connect communications outcomes to business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor industry news and develop company perspectives in real time
- Build and maintain a rapid-response playbook and approval workflows
- Track and analyze share of voice against competitors using analytics tools
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in PR, communications, or comms operations, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity
- Proven track record of developing and pitching reactive content quickly
- Experience using measurement platforms and comms analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience presenting QBRs to executive leadership
- Demonstrated curiosity and integration of AI tools to enhance workflows
