Senior Manager of Community Engagement
Job Summary
Leading the development and implementation of a national strategy for community engagement, the full-time Senior Manager of Community Engagement will oversee fundraising initiatives, manage the Community Engagement team, and collaborate with multiple departments to enhance donor acquisition and revenue growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Community Engagement team to execute national fundraising strategies effectively
- Partner with the Senior Director to design strategies that leverage event programs for major gift development
- Manage relationships with consultants and oversee the creation of resources for CROP Hunger Walks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of related work experience, including 5 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in nonprofit peer-to-peer fundraising practices
- Demonstrated leadership and staff development experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
