Senior Manager of Content Production

Job Summary

Leading the creation of high-quality content for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), the full-time Senior Manager of Content Production will own the RCM content roadmap, write blogs and eBooks, and adapt to related solution areas while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the RCM content roadmap and serve as the primary content creator for this area
• Develop fluency in adjacent solution areas to produce credible content on short notice
• Write and manage high-quality blogs and eBooks tailored to various audiences and specialties

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or professional writing roles, with a focus on long-form B2B content
• Healthcare industry experience required, with a strong preference for direct experience in RCM
• Proven ability to operate in a cross-functional, matrixed organization while coordinating stakeholder input and approvals
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, capable of simplifying complex subject matter
• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field
