Senior Manager of Feasibility Analytics
Job Summary
Partnering with Clinical Study Teams, the full-time Senior Manager of Feasibility Analytics will be responsible for providing data-driven assessments of program feasibility, recruitment strategies, and site selection to ensure efficient clinical trial execution, working remotely across various regions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the development of evidence-driven study assumptions and provide strategic recommendations for country and site selection
- Implement processes for country and site intelligence, ensuring continuity throughout the clinical trial lifecycle
- Analyze outreach results and evidence to inform and optimize enrollment strategies and site classifications
Required qualifications
- BS/RN/MS with 7 years of relevant experience or PhD/MD with 3 years of relevant experience
- Thorough understanding of drug development processes related to global country and site feasibility
- Experience in clinical research and knowledge of GCP and clinical trial management
- Strong business consultancy skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to inform strategic decisions
