Job Summary

Leading financial operations in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Manager of Financial Operations will manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and procurement while driving cost management and vendor performance for a healthcare services company.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports, delivering insights to leadership
• Lead procurement activities including sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and vendor management
• Partner cross-functionally to drive process improvements and optimize vendor performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5-7 years of progressive financial operations experience, including 2-3+ years in procurement or vendor management
• Proven track record of negotiating vendor contracts with documented cost savings
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite
• Strong analytical skills with experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
