Senior Manager of Financial Systems
Job Summary
Owning the architecture and optimization of financial systems, the full-time Senior Manager of Financial Systems will manage administration and integration of platforms such as Zuora, Salesforce, and NetSuite, while leading a team to ensure compliance and operational efficiency in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee administration and roadmap execution for financial systems, focusing on configuration, upgrades, and process improvements
- Manage integrations across the quote-to-cash process to ensure accurate data flow between CRM, billing, and ERP systems
- Lead evaluations and implementations of financial systems enhancements, serving as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and external partners
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in financial systems, revenue operations, or ERP administration
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Hands-on experience with Zuora and Zuora CPQ, including billing and platform configuration
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and integration points with billing and ERP systems
