Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

Owning the accuracy and presentation of Go-to-Market financial dashboards, the full-time Senior Manager of FP&A will provide decision support to GTM leadership by translating financial data into actionable insights while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance reporting processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accuracy, automation, and visual presentation of GTM-facing financial dashboards and reporting
• Provide direct decision support to GTM leadership by translating financial data and trends into actionable insights
• Collaborate with the Senior Director, FP&A to improve and maintain financial models supporting the Go-to-Market organization

Required qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining three-statement financial models
• Working knowledge of gross and net revenue retention and core SaaS/subscription revenue metrics
• Background in a go-to-market-facing finance function, preferably in professional services or a startup environment
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in financial modeling or reporting workflows
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of evolving project scopes
