Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the remote Senior Manager of FP&A will manage company-wide planning, financial analysis, and decision support while mentoring junior team members and enhancing financial modeling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the preparation and synthesis of monthly Board reporting and financial models for executive leadership
• Maintain and enhance the core company operating model for forecasting and variance analysis
• Drive the annual planning process and align financial models with organizational goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• High proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Databricks, SQL preferred) and data analysis
• Professional financial qualification (ACA / ACCA / CPA / CFA) is highly preferred
• Relevant experience in SaaS or subscription business models is a plus
