Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

Owning the forecasting, budgeting, and SaaS KPI reporting engine, the full-time Senior Manager of FP&A will deliver high-accuracy financial forecasts and build scalable models to support growth and M&A execution in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-accuracy revenue and operating profit forecasts with a focus on maintaining low error rates
• Own the monthly performance package, providing KPI scorecards, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations for executive leadership
• Build and maintain scalable, driver-based financial models connecting financial signals to business levers

Required Qualifications

• 6-9 years of progressive FP&A experience in a high-growth or PE-backed SaaS environment
• Strong fluency in SaaS business models and metrics, including ARR, MRR, and cohort analysis
• Proven ability to build sophisticated, audit-ready operating models
• Some direct exposure to M&A diligence and/or integration modeling
• Advanced proficiency in structured Excel or Google Sheets modeling; SQL proficiency preferred
