Senior Manager of Growth Strategy

Job Summary

To tackle key growth opportunities, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Growth Strategy will manage complex marketing models, lead strategic analyses, and drive pricing strategies while collaborating with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain complex marketing models to inform strategic decisions regarding marketing influence and KPIs
• Own the full arc of analysis for growth initiatives, from structuring problems to presenting actionable insights to executives
• Drive pricing and packaging strategies by grounding decisions in customer research and financial modeling

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or comparable analytical roles
• Strong proficiency in complex financial models and comfort with large datasets; SQL experience is a plus
• Proven structured problem-solving skills with a hypothesis-led approach
• Ability to construct narratives and present findings to executive stakeholders effectively
• Experience in or exposure to SaaS is a plus
