Senior Manager of Healthcare Operations

Job Summary

To achieve client savings and internal revenue goals, the full-time Senior Manager of Healthcare Operations will manage the audit program, oversee staff training and performance, and provide regular updates to clients and senior leaders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure client savings and internal revenue goals are met through effective management of workflows and invoicing processes
• Establish and communicate productivity and quality goals, providing coaching and development to build a high-performance team
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing performance updates and ensuring responsiveness to client requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in clinical auditing
• 5-8 years of experience in clinical auditing or supervisory roles
• At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
