Senior Manager of Implementation

Job Summary

Leading a team of Implementation Project Managers, the full-time Senior Manager of Implementation will oversee the onboarding, training, and adoption of Medallion's product suite, ensuring successful project delivery and operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Implementation Project Managers, setting performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability
• Build detailed project plans and coordinate technically complex implementations, ensuring timely and successful go-lives
• Define objectives, KPIs, and scalable processes to enhance operational excellence and drive improvements in implementation timelines

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services
• 3+ years of people management experience directly leading an Implementation team
• Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise B2B SaaS implementations end-to-end
• Strong technical fluency across data integrations and workflow configurations
• Experience building implementation processes in a scaling environment
