Senior Manager of Integrations

Job Summary

Leading the integration team, the full-time Senior Manager of Integrations will drive the successful implementation of integration projects remotely, collaborating with technology, product, and business teams to develop strategies and ensure effective system connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Define integration strategies and manage project execution to ensure seamless system integration across the organization
• Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists in designing and implementing solutions that meet business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Eight or more years of experience in software integration with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives
• Three or more years of leadership experience with strong team management skills
• Deep understanding of integration technologies, protocols, and standards, including APIs and ETL
• Solid project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Asana
