Senior Manager of Internal Communications

Job Summary

To support business objectives, the full-time Senior Manager of Internal Communications will develop and execute strategic internal communications programs, create engaging content, and foster stakeholder relationships in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own internal communications strategy, planning, and governance to deliver effective employee-focused communications
• Create content and messaging to drive awareness and engagement around key organizational priorities and updates
• Build relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to understand communication needs and serve as a strategic advisor

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement
• Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies in a global organization
• Experience partnering with executive leaders on business-critical communications
• Proven ability to manage employee engagement programs and digital communications platforms
