Senior Manager of Learning & Inclusion
Job Summary
Leading the Learning & Development and DEIB learning portfolio, the full-time Senior Manager of Learning & Inclusion will design, deliver, and continuously improve company-wide learning programs while championing inclusive design principles across all initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own execution of company-wide learning programs, including design, delivery, and measurement
- Lead DEIB programming and cultural training, embedding inclusion throughout the learning lifecycle
- Manage and develop the L&D team, providing direction and growth opportunities for individual contributors
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in L&D leadership with experience running a full Learning & Development function
- Hands-on expertise in instructional design and curriculum development
- Experience in managing DEIB programming and fostering Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, capable of engaging executive leadership
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to operate effectively across complex, matrixed teams
