Senior Manager of Memory Technology
Job Summary
Leading a skilled team of engineers, the full-time Senior Manager of Memory Technology will guide the development of Nordic's memory IP portfolio, ensuring alignment with R&D and commercial strategies while managing projects from concept to production in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers across on-site and remote work arrangements to align with Nordic's strategic needs
- Own the technical strategy and development roadmap for memory IP, balancing long-term innovation with daily execution
- Translate requirements from R&D into development plans, drive projects through all phases, and provide technical approvals at key milestones
Required qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field
- Substantial experience in semiconductor memory development with a proven track record of delivering memory IP to production
- Experience leading engineering teams, preferably in a formal management role or as a strong technical lead
- Solid understanding of memory architecture, circuit design, and device physics
- Ability to make technical decisions under uncertainty and communicate effectively across technical and executive levels
