Senior Manager of Operations Analytics

Job Summary

Owning the North America Service Strategy & Operations analytics vision, the full-time Senior Manager of Operations Analytics will develop and implement a multi-year roadmap for analytics capabilities while partnering with various departments to enhance performance visibility and drive data-informed decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the North America service operations analytics strategy, including governance and delivery standards
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team while establishing scalable data foundations and KPI architecture
• Drive analytics transformation through self-service analytics and AI-enabled decision support, enhancing access to data and insights

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, or strategy, with a focus on complex analytics functions
• Proven track record of translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of financial drivers, forecasting, and operational performance measurement
• Experience leading enterprise analytics programs and familiarity with AI and advanced analytics use cases
• Excellent structured communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for executive decision-making
