Senior Manager of Operations Analytics

Job Summary

Owning the North America Service Strategy & Operations analytics vision, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Operations Analytics will manage the analytics strategy, build scalable capabilities, and serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across various departments to enhance performance visibility and inform operational plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own the North America service operations analytics strategy, including the multi-year roadmap and governance standards
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team while establishing scalable standards and best practices for data quality and KPI architecture
• Drive analytics transformation by implementing self-service analytics and AI-enabled decision support to enhance operational decision-making

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, or strategy, with a focus on leading complex analytics functions
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions that improve data foundations and decision support
• Strong understanding of financial drivers, forecasting, and operational performance measurement
• Experience leading enterprise analytics programs and data management practices
• Excellent structured communication and executive storytelling skills to influence decisions at senior levels
