Job Summary

To support a growing health tech company, the full-time Senior Manager of Partner Operations will manage the implementation and operations of ecosystem and health plan partnerships, ensuring operational excellence and driving growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for health plan partners, fostering strong relationships and trust
• Project manage the successful implementation and expansion of partnerships, refining implementation infrastructure
• Analyze reporting data to drive improvements in member engagement and coordinate care workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare project/product management, account management, or operations
• Proven track record in managing complex partnerships within value-based care or digital health
• Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem and health plan operations
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on process creation and operational reporting
