Job Summary
Leading finance transformation efforts, the full-time Senior Manager of Planning Systems will own the architecture of consolidated planning and reporting cycles while managing a small team and ensuring the delivery of accurate financial insights in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of analysts to enhance finance systems and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Own the consolidated planning and reporting engine, overseeing data intake, consolidation, and delivery of outputs for senior leadership
- Serve as the functional and technical owner of the financial planning platform, managing its design, implementation, and enhancements
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in strategic finance/FP&A and finance systems, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Hands-on experience with EPM/planning platforms, including model design and integrations
- Proven track record of leading finance transformation initiatives end-to-end
- Ability to manipulate large datasets and produce structured, decision-ready outputs
