Job Summary

To ensure high-quality professional learning experiences for educators, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Professional Learning Quality will set and enforce certification standards for external partners, analyze participant feedback to inform delivery improvements, and personally facilitate high-stakes professional development sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Set and enforce certification standards for external partners delivering professional development
• Analyze educator feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform delivery practices
• Personally deliver high-stakes professional learning sessions and use insights to enhance quality standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional learning design, instructional coaching, or education program operations
• Proven track record of managing quality assurance or certification frameworks for external partners
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize multi-source data into actionable recommendations
• Demonstrated excellence in high-stakes facilitation and deep understanding of math pedagogy
• Experience in building operational systems from ambiguity and transitioning workflows into repeatable processes
