Senior Manager of Project Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager in Settlement Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Managers, Analysts, and/or Coordinators, providing feedback and support for their development
• Oversee client relationships to ensure expectations are met and engagements are handled appropriately
• Supervise project teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables and adherence to project milestones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims administration, account management, client services, paralegal, or project management
• Background in legal, banking, financial services, or class action administration is required
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable
• Paralegal experience or JD is also highly desirable
