Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager, Change Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish change management best practices and framework, following the PROSCI, ADKAR or similar model
- Design and develop change management KPIs, tools, and techniques
- Develop communications content and key messaging
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience within large enterprise organizations
- Prior consulting experience and client-facing executive solutions experience
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience necessary
- Prosci certification or commensurate experience necessary
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
