Senior Manager of Provider Success

Job Summary

Leading regional provider success initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Provider Success will execute national strategies, manage provider relationships, and drive market-level outcomes while working remotely across the Southeast region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the national provider success strategy to achieve regional performance goals and drive provider satisfaction
• Lead and develop regional provider success teams, ensuring effective local adaptation of national standards
• Identify and address operational barriers to enhance provider experience and monitor regional performance trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or provider operations
• 4+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, ACOs, or risk-bearing health plan models
• Demonstrated experience in defining account-level strategy for provider-facing teams
• Proven experience in operational design, process improvement, and change management
