Senior Manager of Public Relations

Job Summary

To enhance Kiva's public relations efforts, the full-time Senior Manager of Public Relations will manage media strategy, partner campaigns, and thought leadership amplification while working remotely in the U.S.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advancing Kiva's PR and thought leadership goals through collaboration with the Director and managing relationships with PR firms
• Identifying and executing public-facing campaigns in partnership with Strategic and Lending Partners to amplify Kiva's impact
• Managing Kiva's LinkedIn strategy and amplifying thought leadership content across key channels

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations, including direct media pitching and securing earned coverage
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategies and managing multi-partner communications campaigns
• Familiarity with social publishing and listening platforms, as well as data and reporting tools
• Proven ability to synthesize data and borrower stories into compelling PR materials
• Experience managing campaign timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
