Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time Senior Manager of R&D Operations will design and enhance the R&D Operating System across Product and Engineering, focusing on governance, metrics, and continuous improvement in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the operating model, governance mechanisms, and execution standards for Product and Engineering
- Own the R&D measurement framework and develop executive dashboards for organizational effectiveness and operational health
- Lead initiatives to improve planning discipline and execution effectiveness while identifying and resolving operational friction
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Engineering, Product, and Technology Operations, or a similar function
- 3+ years of experience leading teams or operating functions
- Proven experience in designing and scaling operating models and governance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
- Familiarity with modern Product and Engineering tooling and operational analytics
