Senior Manager of Retail Operations
Job Summary
Leading the retail operations team, the full-time Senior Manager of Retail Operations will manage two Retail Operations Managers, develop the retail operations strategy, and serve as the escalation point for retailer operations issues in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop two Retail Operations Managers, setting expectations and coaching for performance
- Own the retail operations strategy and 12-24 month roadmap, including new retailers and international expansion
- Manage the cross-account scorecard and report key metrics to leadership with actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in retail fulfillment operations or supply chain management, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing fulfillment for multiple national retailers
- Strong financial skills related to landed cost and freight cost management
- Experience with EDI, ERP systems, and retailer portals
