Senior Manager of Serialization Operations

Job Summary

Managing serialization data operational challenges, the full-time Senior Manager of Serialization Operations will lead efforts to analyze and implement regulatory data reporting requirements while ensuring compliance across various BMS sites and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Serialization Operations data workstream to achieve overall objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across functional areas to ensure serialization data requirements are met
• Perform analysis and recommend strategies to mitigate data challenges in support of commercial activities and partnerships

Required qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• 6-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, serialization, and supply chain logistics, with at least 3 years in data operations
• Solid understanding of GxP processes and systems, along with experience in SAP or similar ERP systems
• Proven ability to analyze data exceptions and implement timely solutions
• Experience collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with serialization requirements
