Senior Manager of Spares Operations

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise Critical Sparing Program, the full-time Senior Manager of Spares Operations will ensure network and CPE restoration capabilities are reliable and responsive while managing end-to-end operational performance, including equipment availability and logistics, in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution across the spares lifecycle, including fulfillment, transportation, and asset recovery
• Establish program governance and improvement plans to support restoration speed and customer experience
• Maintain 24x7 operational readiness for outages and critical installations as part of the Emergency Response Team

Required qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or telecommunications
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex programs in high-pressure environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience in operational data analysis and decision-making
• Preferred experience with critical spares, service assurance, and ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in driving automation and process improvements in operational settings
