Senior Manager of Strategy

Job Summary

Leading a team of consultants, the full-time Senior Manager of Strategy will independently manage complex M&A integration and enterprise transformation engagements while focusing on client satisfaction, business development, and staff management in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates practice area strategy and goals, aligning team efforts with company objectives
• Achieves annual sales targets by developing client solutions and proposals that demonstrate value
• Manages client expectations and ensures project delivery meets scope, schedule, and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a management role within a consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's or equivalent post-graduate degree is preferred
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
• Extensive experience in recruiting, managing, and developing consulting teams
• Strong project management experience, particularly with ERP and enterprise systems implementations
