Job Summary
To support the Security & Technology portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations will assist the CISO in developing organizational strategies, drive operational execution, and enhance communication infrastructure within the team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing organizational strategy and planning for the Security & Technology portfolio
- Drive operational accountability and manage cross-functional programs to ensure commitments are met
- Design and improve communication mechanisms and decision-making processes within the organization
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate strategy and program management at a high-growth startup or consultancy, along with an MBA or equivalent coursework
- Familiarity with core cybersecurity and IT concepts to engage effectively with CISO staff and leadership
- Expertise in tools such as Claude and Google Workspace, along with dashboard management
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with both technical and leadership audiences
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and drive high-quality work within teams
