Senior Manager of Strategy Operations

Job Summary

Owning a domain of company performance, the full-time Senior Manager of Strategy Operations will manage a team, diagnose performance issues, and collaborate with executives to set priorities and drive measurable business outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Frame and articulate business problems, converting executive concerns into structured agendas for decision-making
• Lead priority setting across Strategy & Operations and adjacent teams, resolving competing demands from executives
• Manage and develop a team of three to four individuals, building talent and overseeing hiring for the function

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7-9 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or product development
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-level, cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes
• Experience managing and developing a team, including those who lead workstreams independently
• Deep analytical and technical fluency, comfortable working with data and understanding automation and AI tools
