Job Summary
Leading the recruitment efforts for Aviation Maintenance Technicians and Communications teams, the full-time Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will develop and execute strategies to attract and hire talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire Aircraft Maintenance and Communications talent
- Lead, coach, and develop talent acquisition managers and recruiters while managing full-cycle recruiting activities
- Oversee key vendor relationships and provide recruiting metrics to support data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including leadership responsibility in talent acquisition
- Proven track record of coaching and developing recruitment functions and teams
- Experience supporting a large, geographically dispersed workforce
- Industry experience in aviation, healthcare, or similarly regulated sectors
