Senior Manager of Trust & Safety

Job Summary

As the first dedicated leader of Trust & Safety, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Trust & Safety will define trust protocols, build a team for policy enforcement, and ensure a safe marketplace environment through strategic partnerships and monitoring systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define trust standards and develop protocols for identifying and responding to trust-breaching incidents
• Hire and lead a Trust & Safety team focused on policy enforcement and network health compliance
• Establish processes for monitoring trust incidents and prepare reports on marketplace trust to leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or related fields, with primary ownership of program design and implementation for at least 3 years
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, particularly in dispute resolution
• Experience in designing and scaling dispute resolution processes from scratch
• Exceptional judgment and decisiveness in high-stakes situations
• Completion of a 4-year accredited college program; advanced study preferred
