Senior Manager of Value Creation
Job Summary
Leading private equity value creation initiatives, the full-time hybrid Senior Manager of Value Creation will manage project teams, drive operational execution, and advise senior client stakeholders to translate strategies into measurable financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead value creation engagements and programs across private equity clients and portfolio companies
- Develop and implement value creation playbooks and operational improvement frameworks
- Oversee initiative governance, project planning, and performance reporting while driving accountability across initiative owners
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, value creation, or related fields
- Experience leading complex engagements or value creation programs within a consulting or private equity-backed environment
- Proven ability to identify and execute EBITDA enhancement opportunities
- Experience developing relationships with executive stakeholders and presenting financial analyses to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
