Senior Manager, Onboarding Programs
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Onboarding Programs, the full-time remote position will design and optimize onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they achieve productivity quickly while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and continuously optimize onboarding programs for new sales hires
- Define ramp architecture, role-track design, and success metrics beyond completion
- Partner with Product, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership to align programs with real field conditions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying or customer-facing revenue role
- 5+ years in enablement, onboarding, or revenue program ownership with experience building programs from scratch
- Experience using data to connect onboarding programs to ramp speed and retention
- Skilled in Salesforce and Gong (or comparable tools) for performance analysis
- Proven ability to independently manage a program end-to-end with demonstrable results
