Job Summary
Leading logistics and warehousing operations across the AMER region, the full-time Senior Manager, Operations will ensure efficient and compliant movement of PlayStation products through the supply chain while managing inbound logistics, warehouse operations, and outbound transportation activities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all AMER logistics and warehousing operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of inbound, warehouse, and outbound activities
- Collaborate with the Japan Logistics group to manage inbound transportation and enhance supply chain resilience
- Lead performance management of logistics and warehousing partners, ensuring adherence to service levels and operational standards
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations, or related fields
- Strong background in managing regional logistics and warehouse operations across complex supply chains
- Experience with inbound freight, port-to-warehouse activity, and outbound transport providers
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage operational teams and influence cross-functional partners
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred
