Senior Manager, Ops & IT Strategy
Job Summary
Driving annual planning and strategic roadmaps, the full-time Senior Manager, Ops & IT Strategy will manage Ops & IT functions in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with senior stakeholders to produce business insights and recommend transformation strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute Strategic Dialogue (SD) and Planning Dialogue (PD) activities for Ops & IT functions across the region
- Serve as the primary contact for Ops & IT planning activities, ensuring timely and quality submissions of deliverables
- Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance Regional Ops & IT strategies, aligning with group direction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Insurance studies; a Master's or relevant certifications is a plus
- 8-10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in business planning or management consulting within insurance operations and IT
- Advanced data analytics skills with the ability to translate complex metrics into management insights
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and CoPilot is an advantage
