Senior Manager, Order-to-Cash

Job Summary

To support the scaling of billing and collections functions, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Order-to-Cash will establish operating models, lead a team, and ensure compliance and accuracy in revenue reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve the operating model, processes, and team structure for the Order-to-Cash function
• Act as the subject matter expert for new product/process introductions and oversee the billing systems tech stack
• Maintain strong accounts receivable health through proactive reviews and coordination with the sales team

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive order-to-cash and billing operations experience, with 5+ years in a SaaS or technology company
• Experience with automation tools and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Stripe, or Salesforce CPQ
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contracts and data sets
• Experience in designing and maintaining internal controls for audit readiness and SOX compliance
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting financial insights
