Job Summary

To drive sustainable non-paid demand, the full-time Senior Manager, Organic Growth will lead the organic growth and AI visibility function, overseeing organic search strategy, content operations, and reputation management while managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic search strategy, including content and technical SEO priorities across all markets
• Direct content operations, establishing governance and workflows that support scalable content creation and management
• Manage reputation and earned media strategies, ensuring listings integrity and enhancing local search presence

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in organic growth, SEO, content strategy, or related digital growth disciplines
• Demonstrated results in organic search, particularly in local or multi-location contexts
• Hands-on familiarity with AI visibility and generative engine optimization
• Experience managing content strategy and operations, including workflows and governance
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners effectively
