Senior Manager, Partner Enablement

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Manager, Partner Product Enablement & Advocacy, the successful candidate will manage partner enablement and advocacy initiatives for AI Product Management, ensuring partners are equipped to effectively position and implement products while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product strategy and roadmap into partner-ready messaging and serve as the primary product contact for strategic partners
• Design and deliver enablement programs, including training and demo assets, to enhance partner capabilities and engagement
• Advocate for partner needs within the organization, running feedback loops and managing escalations to improve partner satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of experience in product management, partner enablement, or related fields, preferably with a background in technical pre-sales or product strategy
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software demos and a solid understanding of AI and enterprise SaaS
• Experience working within partner ecosystems and knowledge of enterprise deployment realities
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both partners and executives effectively
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics and make data-informed recommendations for partner adoption and success
