Job Summary
Leading global patient engagement initiatives, the contract Senior Manager, Patient Engagement will develop patient recruitment and retention strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop program and study-level patient recruitment and retention strategies to mitigate risks and ensure representative patient populations
- Define participant profiles and map out the patient clinical trial journey using insights from protocol evaluations and data sources
- Partner with sourcing and study teams to create vendor strategies, including performance metrics and timelines
Required qualifications:
- Strong understanding of global clinical development programs across all phases
- Proven experience in feasibility and patient engagement strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships in cross-functional team environments
- Proficiency in using data to inform clinical strategy development
- Experience in process development, implementation, and change management activities
