Senior Manager, Payroll Integration

Job Summary

Leading payroll connection and integration operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Payroll Integration will manage a team of Payroll Connection Managers, oversee operational teams, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance payroll connectivity for clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop leaders by managing and mentoring Payroll Connection Managers and their teams to achieve high performance standards
• Drive vision and strategic alignment by translating company strategy into actionable operational plans for payroll synchronization and money movement
• Manage external payroll partnerships and escalations, performing root-cause analyses to resolve integration issues and implement long-term solutions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of operational management experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS, with at least 2 years managing other leaders
• Deep understanding of payroll integration processes, transaction lifecycles, and operational risk controls in regulated environments
• Proven track record of leading complex operational initiatives, including integration enhancements and governance frameworks
• Experience in developing direct-report managers and building high-performing operational teams
• Demonstrated ability to leverage complex data to drive strategy and prioritize operational goals
