Senior Manager, P&C Transformation
Job Summary
Leading the P&C transformation agenda across the Asia Pacific region, the full-time Senior Manager, P&C Transformation will define and implement a regional roadmap focused on AI and advanced analytics, while engaging senior stakeholders and driving process optimization in a hybrid working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the regional P&C transformation roadmap with a focus on AI and advanced analytics
- Identify and evaluate regional AI solutions to address common P&C business needs across operating entities
- Engage senior stakeholders to prioritize transformation initiatives and secure buy-in for scalable solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience, including at least 6 years in P&C insurance and involvement in major AI projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience in Asia Pacific markets and delivering transformation programs with measurable business impact
- Professional certifications in project management, AI/data analytics, or process improvement are advantageous
- Expertise in P&C insurance domain and familiarity with AI/ML use case identification and implementation
