Senior Manager, Peer Engagement

Job Summary

Leading the coordination of congress programs, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Peer Engagement will translate U.S. peer-to-peer strategies into integrated plans, manage commercial opinion leader engagement, and oversee logistics for successful event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Translate peer-to-peer and brand priorities into integrated congress plans, ensuring alignment with customer engagement objectives
• Manage commercial opinion leader engagement, including outreach, relationship coordination, and on-site support during congresses
• Oversee end-to-end logistics for peer-to-peer programs, ensuring smooth execution and positive customer experiences

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of marketing/sales experience, or Master's degree with 4 years, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of marketing/sales experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or a regulated environment
• Familiarity with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes
• Proven ability to develop measures and readouts connecting event execution with customer engagement
