Job Summary
Driving innovative peer engagement strategies, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Peer Engagement will design and deliver experiential learning opportunities for healthcare professionals while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to amplify peer perspectives across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute engaging peer-to-peer experiences that enhance healthcare professionals' learning and application of relevant information
- Activate and coordinate commercial opinion leaders to facilitate meaningful peer interactions and discussions
- Develop and implement strategies to amplify peer insights through digital and social content, extending the reach of live experiences
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing/sales experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of marketing/sales experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another regulated environment
- Familiarity with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes and congress operating requirements
- Experience developing measures that connect event execution with customer engagement and business objectives
