Senior Manager, People Partner
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, People Partner, this full-time remote position will manage partnerships with engineering leaders, translating business priorities into effective people solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted People partner to engineering leaders, supporting workforce planning and organizational design
- Drive core people processes such as performance management and talent reviews while coaching leaders through organizational changes
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to enhance hiring and retention strategies for technical roles
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR/People experience, particularly as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth environment
- Experience supporting engineering or technical teams, preferably in a SaaS or fintech context
- Hands-on experience with performance management, employee relations, and organizational design
- Familiarity with engineering talent dynamics, including career ladders and retention strategies
- Proficient in using people analytics and HR technology, with Workday experience preferred
